The GOD Who Is Touched

The final 2 events recorded in this chapter complete a series of miracles designed by GOD to reveal the power & identity of His Son, Jesus. At the close of chapter 4, Jesus demonstrated His authority over the natural realm by calming a great storm on the Sea of Galilee with His Word. The following morning, Jesus exercised His authority over the supernatural realm by dispossessing a man of a legion of demons. In this next section, Jesus will display power over disease & then death. Mark has not recorded these miracles to merely entertain us, but rather to give ample evidence that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of GOD, that we might believe in Him.
