The baptism of Jesus was an epoch event that signaled the unveiling of Christ to the nation. But how would the people know that Jesus was the long-awaited Christ? Well, GOD had appointed John the Baptist to be the herald who would announce Christ’s arrival to His people. Let’s begin our study of this momentous occasion in our Lord’s life by looking again at verse 13.
